By creating an account or using PartnerUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use PartnerUp
You must be at least 13 years old to use PartnerUp.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. What PartnerUp is
PartnerUp is a platform that helps sports players find partners, join sessions, and connect with coaches. We do not organize, host, or take responsibility for any in-person sessions, games, or coaching arranged through the app. Any arrangements made between users are entirely between those users.
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access another user's account
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the app or its data
Create fake profiles or impersonate other people
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
5. User content
You own the content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting it, you grant PartnerUp a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
6. Coach listings and payments
Coaches set their own rates and availability. PartnerUp does not process payments between users and coaches — any payment arrangements are made directly between the parties. PartnerUp takes no commission and accepts no liability for payment disputes.
7. Safety and liability disclaimer
Physical activity carries inherent risk. By using PartnerUp to find partners or coaches, you acknowledge that you participate in any sports activity at your own risk. PartnerUp is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from in-person meetings or activities arranged through the platform.
Always meet new partners in public places and exercise reasonable personal safety precautions.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep PartnerUp available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or changes to the service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app when significant changes are made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
